Ingredients
 100 g Gram Lentil (soak in water for 4 hour)
 250 g Beef
 30 g Whole Spices
 1 tsp Salt
 ½ tsp Chili Flakes
 1 tsp Whole Coriander
 1 tsp Cumin
 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
 2 qts Green Chilies
 1 qt Onion Sliced
 1 qt Tomato Sliced
 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander
 1 qt Egg
 Oil for Frying

Method
1

Add all ingredients in pan with 1 jug of water and cook until beef and lentil done.

Cool down completely and make a fine mince in chopper.

Add fresh coriander and green chilies in masal and make the kabab.

Dip in beaten egg and fry till golden brown.
