Ingredients
 2 cups Plain Flour
 1 cup Caster Sugar
 1 tbsp Baking Powder
 ¼ tsp Salt
 3 tbsp Yogurt
 2 qts Egg Large
 1 cup Butter Melted
 ¼ tsp Vanilla Essence

Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees F (360 degrees C).

Stiff the all dry ingredients and keep a side.

Now In another bowl add butter, egg, vanilla essence and yogurt.

Mix well all liquid ingredients.

Gradually add dry ingredients in liquid mixture, make no lumps.

Muffin better is ready now pour in Muffin baking dish.

Now bake the muffins in oven for 20 mints.

Muffins is ready now but cool complete on room temperature.
