Ingredients
 ½ cup Split Red Lentil Masoor dal (soak in water)
 ½ cup Split Green gram Moong dal (soak in water)
 2 cups Rice (soak in Water)
 23 qts Red whole chilies
 1 tsp Cumin
 2 qts Bay leave
 2 qts Green chilies
 45 qts Curry leave
 1 tbsp Garlic finely chopped
 ½ cup Oil
 1 tbsp Salt
 1 tsp Red chili powder
 ½ tsp Turmeric

Method
1

First add 1 ltr water in pan, add both lentil with 1/2 tsp salt, red chili powder and turmeric.

Now add 3 tbsp off oil in pan for rice then add cumin 1/4 tsp, buy leave and green chilies, fry for few second then add 4 cup of water and 1 tsp salt. bring to boil.

Now add soak rice and cook until water reduce, then cook on slow flame for more 10 mints.

Rice is ready now.

For dal tarka add oil in pan add garlic, curry leave, red chili and cumin fry for few second then pour on ready dal.

Dal chawal is ready to serve.
