Cornflour Fudge Recipe / Karachi Halwa

Ingredients
 ½ cup Corn Flour
 1 cup Water
 4 tbsp Ghee
 1 ¼ cups Sugar + 1 1/4 cup
 ¼ tsp Cardamom Powder
 Food color few drops
 Mix nuts 50 gm
Method
1

First add corn flour in bowl with water and mix well ,no lumps.

Now add sugar and water in pan cook until sugar dissolve.

Add cardamom powder in sugar syrup.

Now add corn flour mixture in sugar syrup.

Cook about 10 mints until smooth texture then gradually add ghee in mixture.

Now add food color and mix well ,cook for few second

Now add nuts

Mix well and pour in grease dish let cool on room temperature for 3 hour .When cool down completely then cut in cube and serve
