Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients
 2 lbs Sponge Cake
 250 g Sweet Cooking Chocolate
 1 tbsp Sugar
 ¼ cup Fresh Milk
 250 ml Whipped Cream
 Cherries for Garnish
 Vanilla essence few drop
Method

Neat the sponge cake and cut in 2 layer .

Melt the chocolate to make in thick paste.

Now beat the cream until fluffy and double in size.

Add chocolate mixture in whipped cream.

Brush the cake with sweet milk .

Apply the cream mixture on cake and make smooth layer of frosting.decorate as you like and garnish with cherries.
