Ingredients
 1 kg Chicken
 750 g Basmati rice
 100 g Potatoes
 1 cup Fried onion
 34 qts Tomatoes
 3 qts Raw tomatoes
 67 qts Green chilies
 4 tbsp Salt
 2 tbsp whole spices crush
 1 tsp red chili powder
 ½ tsp turmeric
 1 tsp coriander powder
 1 cup tamarind soak in water
 1 cup yogurt
 ¼ cup food color
 1 cup fresh mint
 1 cup fresh coriander
 1 cup oil
 4 tbsp ghee
 4 tbsp ginger garlic paste

Method

First marinate the chicken with red chili powder, turmeric, 1 tsp salt, gram masala powder, coriander, ginger garlic paste, ghee and tamarind. Leave for 5 hour.

Soak the rice in water and boil with salt.

Now add oil in pan and add crush gram masala green chilies and tomatoes cook until tomatoes soft .

Add marinate chicken in pan with potatoes and fried onion cook until chicken and potatoes done.

In the last add food color in yogurt and mix in cook chicken and turn off the flame, Chicken masala is ready now.

Now make layer of chicken masala and rice with coriander, mint, fried onion and raw sliced tomatoes.

Cook for 10 mints more in low flame.

Delicious chicken biryani is ready to serve.
