Ingredients
 800 g Beef bone less boti
 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
 2 tbsp raw papaya paste
 1 tbsp Green chilies past
 1 tbsp red chili powder
 1 tbsp Salt
 ½ tsp Turmeric
 1 tbsp Coriander
 1 tbsp Gram Masala powder
 Tandori food color
 4 tbsp Vinegar

Method
1

Add vinegar and salt in beef and marinate it for 24 hours.

Now add all spices and Ingridients in beef and again marinate for 10 hours or over night.

After marinate assemble the boti on iron skewers and bar b q on charcoal.

Beef tikka boti is ready to serve.
