First we add oil in pan and add garlic till golden brown.
Add cumin and potatoes and fry for 2 mints
Now add red chili flakes ,green chilies,salt and turmeric mix well and cook to potatoes half done
Now add fenugreek leave and cook until done.
Aloo methi is ready now,turn off the flame.
Serve with roti,nan,rice ,salad and raita.
