Aloo Gosht Curry Recipe

Yields1 Serving

Ingredients
 100 g Potato
 400 g Mutton
 1 Onion sliced
 1 Tomato sliced
 20 g Whole spices
 1 tbsp Salt
 1 tsp Turmeric
 1 tsp Red chili powder
 ½ tsp Degi mirh
 1 tbsp Coriander powder
 1 ½ cups Oil
 2 tbsp Ginger garlic powder
Method

Add oil in pan and add onion ,cook until golden brown.

When onion golden brown add ginger garlic paste with mutton cook for 5 mints.

Add all spices and 2 cup of water and cook until mutton done.

When mutton done add tomatoes and potatos and cook finelly for bhunai.

After bhunai add water as you like for garavy and cok for more 10 mints.

Mutton potato curry ready to serve.
